Personal Details
We do not record credit card details that you provide when making a purchase. Your credit card details are processed by PayPal. Further information can be viewed at www.paypal.com.
Any personal information that you provide will not be released to anybody outside of righthand distribution.

pricing / payments

All pricing is in australian dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST. If you are ordering from outside of Australia the GST amount will be deducted from your order at the check out.

Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.

shipping information

Within Australia
All orders over AU$100 are posted free of charge. Orders under AU$100 will be charged AU$15.00. All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express.
In most cases orders will be received within 1-3 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

International Shipping
All orders over $100 AUD are shipped free of charge. Orders are shipped via International Couriers Express through Australia Post. For orders under $100 AUD, costs are calculated based on weight and country region. Generally orders will be received within 3 - 10 working days from dispatch, although certain destinations may take longer.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs and/or duties in the destination country. Please check with your local authority for all details and rates. righthand distribution can not be held responsible for any such additional charges and these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

returns and exchanges

All International sales are final, except for faulty goods. Australian customers are entitled to an exchange or store credit if you have notified righthand distribution within 7 days of receiving your package, with the exception of sale items which are final. The items must be returned with the original invoice, original tags attached and must be unaltered and unworn. Prior to a return you must contact right hand distribution by phone 61 (08)8359 3557 or email andy@righthanddistribution.com so we can hold the items required for you. Products bought from the online store can also be exchanged in person at righthand distribution 22 Ebenezer Place Adelaide South Australia 5000. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. righthand distribution does not accept responsibility for lost or items damaged through shipping when returning items. If the item is more than the original you will be charged the difference by credit card. If the item is cheaper than the original you will be issued with a store credit for the difference valid for 6 months.
